The Buddhist Healing Prayer
When you are suffering, the first thing that matters to you is to find the remedy to cure yourself. Faced with the numerous prescriptions from your doctor, you still remain a little hesitant about the side effects. With the practice of the Buddhist healing prayer or Medicine Buddha, you can find the solution to your problem. It is a meditation consisting of healing or preventing the development of any disease. To know the main points concerning this practice, here are some indications.
How to procreate positive motivation?
When praying Buddhist healing, no matter what you plan to do, it is essential to create positive motivation. To do this, the objective of your life will be to deliver all beings from their torments but also from the causes of these problems which lie with their minds. Thus, it is necessary to support the peace and happiness that everyone desperately seeks. With this in mind, your body and mind must be impeccable, pure and healthy.
Meditation: how does it work?
To relax, many people resort to meditation on a regular basis. When it comes to Buddhist prayer for healing, it is recommended to do this practice at dusk, when your mind is still free of any negative thoughts. However, you can always do it according to your availability and convenience. To begin, you should see yourself in your usual form, with your heart in the center of your chest.
You must therefore adopt an inverted position, i.e. with the tip pointing upwards. Inside your heart is a white lotus with eight petals. The Healing Buddha in its aspect of absolute transformation is established on a lunar disk, particularly in its center.
What can be said about the disposition of the Healing Buddha?
The Healing Buddha can be recognized by its clear sacred body, cast in a dark blue light. In his right hand he holds an aroura plant, and an alms bowl in his left hand. In front of the Healing Buddha, you will see a white medicine goddess, among others, Accomplished Wisdom. Arranged on the right side is the yellow medicine goddess, Simultaneous Wealth.
At the back leans the red goddess of the forest, Peacock Gorge. On the left side, you will see the green goddess of the trees, La Radieuse. Note that each goddess, of the nature of light radiant with bliss, has a face and two arms with an aroura plant in her right hand and a vase embellished with ornaments diversified, on the left. The four goddesses are seated, cross-legged, with an attitude evoking reverence for the Healing Buddha.
What about the request to make during meditation?
During meditation, you will repeat the following request: “O Destroyer, Accomplished in All Qualities and Gone Beyond, and you four, goddesses of medicine, please soothe the illnesses that now afflict me and help to avoid any illness in the future.” Through each of these five deities in your heart flow lights of very distinct colors.
Indeed, rays of light in five colors will radiate and immerse your entire body without forgetting your heart. Your heart and body will then be filled with a light of bliss to completely purify you of any illness, any negative thoughts or actions. Following the Buddhist healing prayer, you should pronounce the short mantra or the long mantra of the Healing Buddha seven, twenty-one, one hundred and eight times, or even more.
The long healing mantra of the Buddhist
While remaining focused during the Buddhist healing prayer, you should recite the long mantra of the Healing Buddha or the prayer of the Healing Buddha: “Om Namo Bhagawaté Békadzé / Guru Bèndourya Prabha Radzaya / Tathagataya / Arhaté Samyaksam Buddhaya / Tayatha / Om Békadzé Bekadzé / Maha Békadzé Békadzé Radza / Samoungaté Soha »
The short mantra of the Healing Buddha
« Tayatha / Om Békadzé Békadzé / Maha Békadzé Békadzé Radza / Samoutgaté Soha". If you are suffering from any illness, you should put your saliva on the palm of your left hand after saying the short mantra. Then, rub it using your right ring finger. Place the tip of your finger at the opening of your right and left nostrils, where the nerve called theAll-Active King Nerveis located.
Be sure to apply your saliva to the affected areas of your body. Once this is done, remember to subsequently recite as many Sanskrit vowel and consonant mantras as possible without forgetting the mantra of the Heart of Dependent Origin.
Sanskrit vowels and Sanskrit consonants: how to recite them?
After reciting the long and short mantra followed by applying your saliva to the affected areas, you will then be asked to pronounce the Sanskrit vowels, including: “Om A Aa I Ii Ou Ou Ou Ri Rii Li Lii E Ai O Au Am Ah Soha.” Then continue with the Sanskrit consonants: “KA Kha Ga Gha Nga / Tsa Tsha Dza Dzha Nya / Ta Tha Da Dha Na / Ta Tha Da Dha Na / Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma / Ya Ra La Wa / Sha Cha Sa Ha Ksha Soha.”
The Heart of Dependent Origin: what is it about?
To complete the Buddhist healing prayer, all you have to do is recite “The Heart of Dependent Origin” which follows: “Om Yé Dharma Hétou-Prabhava Hétune Tékène Tathagato Hy Vadat /Tékène Tsa Yo Nirodha / Evam-Vadi / Maha Sramana Yé Soha”. This practice will allow you to protect yourself, both from diseases that are troubling you at the moment, as well as from conditions that you have not yet contracted.
